Bring on the chill with this winter-ready Fair Isle knit cozy.

KERTZER ACCENT WORSTED, 3½oz/100g balls each approx 218yd/200m (75% acrylic,
25% wool)
1 ball #4580 Burgundy (A)
1 ball #4658 Seaport (B)

KNITTING NEEDLES
1 set size 9 (5.5mm) double-pointed knitting needles or any size to obtain correct gauge.
1 set size 7 (4.5mm) double-pointed knitting needles
NOTIONS
Stitch holders
Stitch markers
Yarn needle
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
To fit hot water bottle 7½"/19cm wide by 12"/30.5cm tall
GAUGE
19 sts and 21 rows = 4"/10cm in Stockinette st using larger needles
Remember to check gauge for best results!
HOW TO MAKE A GAUGE SWATCH
With larger needles, cast on 19 sts.
Work in Stockinette st for 4"/10cm from beginning.
Bind off.
Resulting gauge swatch should measure 4"/10cm square. If necessary, adjust needle size to obtain gauge.
