Julia Sweater

Pair a beaded, ruffled sweater with a sequined skirt, and your knitwear becomes partywear.

YARN
NASHUA HANDKNITS JULIA, 1¾oz/50g balls each approx 93yd/85m (50% wool, 25% alpaca, 25%  mohair)
9 (9, 10, 11, 12, 12, 13, 13) balls in #9235 Anemone

KNITTING NEEDLES
1 pair size 7 (4.5mm) knitting needles or any size to obtain correct gauge
1 pair size 5 (3.75mm) knitting needles
1 size 5 (3.75mm) circular needles, 36"/90cm long

NOTIONS
Size 6/0 silver-lined, colorless beads (to fit onto yarn)
Sewing needle and thread for threading beads onto yarn
Stitch holders
Stitch markers
Waste yarn
Yarn needle

SIZES
XX-S (X-S, S, M, L, X-L, 1X, 2X)

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Bust 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46)"/81.5 (86.5, 91.5, 96.5, 101.5, 106.5, 112, 117)cm
Length 22½ (22½, 23, 23, 23½, 23½, 24½, 24½)"/57 (57, 58.5, 58.5, 59.5, 59.5, 62, 62)cm

GAUGE
20 sts and 24 rows = 4"/10cm in Stockinette stitch using larger needles
Remember to check gauge for best results!

HOW TO MAKE A GAUGE SWATCH
With larger needles, cast on 20 sts.
Work in Stockinette st for 4"/10cm from beginning.
Bind off.
Resulting gauge swatch should measure 4"/10cm square. If necessary, adjust needle size to obtain gauge.
