Plumage Shawl by Katherine Vaughan
Frequent yarn overs and decreases give this shimmery shawl a wave and feather motif.  It knits up quickly in DK-weight yarn on large needles!

YARN

NASHUA HANDKNITS GRAND OPERA, 1.75oz/50g balls each approx 128yd/117m (86% merino wool, 9% viscose, 5% metalized polyester)

  • 6 balls #NGO.6559 Fuchsia 

KNITTING NEEDLES

  • 1 pair size 9 (5.5mm) knitting needles 

NOTIONS

  • Blocking wires and pins
  • Yarn needle 

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS

Shawl is 20"/51cm wide by 72"/183cm long
